On Prem Exchange is not supported by the Roomconfig configuration portal.
If you have the EWS API’s internet enabled please use legacy portal. (Raise a support ticket to get an account on legacy portal)
If the EWS API’s is not reachable thru internet – then do a Local Setup on the panel.
